Where to go:

Check-In

Drop off starts at 8:30am. It is very important that you park and check your pirate in
each morning. There are many camps and other activities going on at Stanford campus at
the same time, and to optimize safety we must have you check in every morning with your
pirate(s). Parking on campus can be a challenge, however we are lucky that they have
added many new metered spots in the area of the Sand Volleyball Courts. They will ticket,
so please remember to bring quarters for the meters.
We will have tables set up in the Sand Volleyball Courts located next to Ford Plaza.

IMPORTANT PARKING UPDATE
The Serra lot may be closed for construction. Please be aware this may
impact available parking spaces for pickup and drop off.
The easiest parking is on Arguello but there are limited meters there.
There is also a pay lot near the football stadium and although it is a
bit of a walk it may be the least congested parking area.
Pirates Camp pick-up and drop-off is at the Sand Volleyball Courts
located between the Ford-Burnham Pavilion and the Arrillaga Center for
Sports and Recreation. Click HERE. There are metered and permit parking spots, bike
racks and Marguerite shuttle stops very close by. For safety reasons,
please check your pirate in and out of camp with a counselor at the
beginning and end of each day.

After all our pirates have checked in, we will gather on the lawn area around the Sand
Volleyball Courts for our Pirates Code of Conduct meeting and to introduce the Captains.

Please remember that pirates will be on the move all day, so if you have questions or
concerns, early pick-up or late drop-off, a note is the most efficient way to get an
answer. We will be checking messages at 650-725-3001, and my email,
cdarcey@stanford.edu. If there is an emergency, please call the fencing office at
650-725-3587. Please read through the website to remind yourself about appropriate
clothes, shoes and other pirate items to bring and not to bring.
